SocialIgnit (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates socialignit.com and its subdomains, including SocialIgnit Learning at learning.socialignit.com (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Depending on which part of the Service you use, we may collect:

✓Account information — name, email address, and password (stored securely via our authentication provider, Supabase) when you sign up for a dashboard, tool, or course area.
✓Content you provide — CVs and job preferences uploaded to career tools, business details entered into audit/analysis tools, and messages sent via our contact form.
✓Payment information — processed directly by Stripe or Ziina. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only transaction records (amount, plan, date) needed for billing and support.
✓Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected automatically via Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics.
✓Course progress — on SocialIgnit Learning, your lesson completion and resume position are stored in your browser’s local storage only. This data is not sent to our servers and is not tied to an account; clearing your browser data resets it.

Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs Analytics) and, where enabled, advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads on parts of the Service.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or generally at aboutads.info/choices. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent prompt before any personalized advertising cookies are set.

How We Use Information

✓To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its tools.
✓To process payments and manage subscriptions or one-time purchases.
✓To respond to support requests and contact form submissions.
✓To send transactional emails (e.g. account activity, order confirmations) via Resend.
✓To measure site performance and understand how the Service is used, in aggregate.
✓To serve advertising, where enabled, and to comply with legal obligations.

Third Parties We Work With

We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with:

✓Supabase — account authentication and database storage.
✓Stripe and Ziina — payment processing.
✓Resend — transactional email delivery.
✓Groq — powers AI features (e.g. content generation, CV analysis); content you submit to an AI tool is sent to Groq’s API to generate a response.
✓RapidAPI / JSearch — job listing data for career tools.
✓Google Analytics, Ahrefs Analytics, Google AdSense — analytics and advertising, as described above.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention & Security

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and a managed database provider — to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@socialignit.com.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
